Capital requirements are minimum amounts of capital that certain NFA members are required to maintain.
The minimum net capital requirements for FCMs are found at NFA Financial Requirements Section 1, for independent IBs are found at NFA Financial Requirements Section 5, and for FDMs are found at NFA Financial Requirements Section 11.
